El Senyer, a mansion and former farmhouse, was built in 1595 and is located near Serrabonica-Vespella, in the municipality of Gurb, which is mostly formed by farmhouses. Situated very close to “la Plana de Vic” (plain of Vic), its location on a higher place than this one offers to the visitors beautiful views to la Plana and to the Montseny mounts, with the impressive Matagalls at the front.

Since 2012, El Senyer is a Rural Tourism accommodation. The house was restored in that way and fully equipped so that you can enjoy a really pleasant stay, both authentic and comfortable.

The house has three floors, with the first hall, the kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, another bathroom, a pantry, and a games room with table football. On the second floor, around the living room and library are 4 bedrooms with bathroom, on the top floor, which is the attic, there is a very large room and playroom for children.

Outside, you have a covered patio for children, closed for your safety and convenience. The house is surrounded by gardens and play areas. In front is located the shed with a ping-pong table, and there is also a sandbox and a wooden house for children.

In the back, have a garden and pool, which is fenced. There is also a large sandbox and a place of natural grass with goals to play football.

Sanity has a capacity for 12 children over adults, with all the services and amenities as possible, so you make the stay to be as successful as possible. Ideal for groups and families with children.
